Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je analizirati ključne aspekte i mehanizme vezane uz diodu kao elektronički element. U radu je opisan povijesni razvoj diode, različite tehnološke izvedbe diode i podjela na najčešće korištene oblike diode.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final thesis is to analyze the key aspects and mechanisms related to the diode as an electronic component. The paper describes the historical development of the diode, various technological implementations of the diode, and the classification of the most commonly used types of diodes.
