Abstract
U radu je prikazana izrada jednostupanjskog zupčastog reduktora upotrebom programa Autodesk Inventor 2018. U prvom dijelu rada prikazano je korisničko sučelje programa, naredbe koje se najčešće koriste za izradu dvodimenzionalnih crteža i trodimenzionalnih modela, spajanje pojedinačnih dijelova u modulu Assemblyju te kako od modela stvoriti tehničku dokumentaciju. U drugom dijelu rada opisan je postupak modeliranje jednostupanjskog zupčastog reduktora. Kućište reduktora je modelirano samostalno dok su se za modeliranje ležajeva, osovina i zupčanika koristili gotovi modeli iz baze standardnih dijelova programa. Na samom kraju rada prikazana je izrada sklopnog crteža reduktora upotrebom njegovog modela.
Abstract (english)
In the paper the modelling of a single-stage gearbox using Autodesk Inventor 2018 is described. The first part of the paper shows the program user interface, the most common commands used to create two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional models, joining individual parts in the Assembly module and how to create a model technical documentation. The second part of the paper describes the modelling procedure single-stage gearbox. The gearbox housing is modelled individually while bearings, shafts and gears are modelled using models from the program database of standard parts. At the very end of the paper, the assembly drawing of the gearbox is shown.
