Abstract
Automati za prodaju su uređaji koji su prisutni već godinama i služe da bi ljudi na brz i jednostavan način zadovoljili određene potrebe. Razvoj tehnologije je izravno utjecao i na trgovinu te pojavom beskontaktnog plaćanja automati za prodaju su također evoluirali. U ovom diplomskom radu je prikazan jedan model samoposlužnog automata za prodaju koji koristi RFID tehnologiju za identifikaciju korisnika (može se koristiti i kao način naplate), ali korisnik ima mogućnost odabira artikala preko mobilne aplikacije. Mobilna aplikacija koju korisnik treba instalirati na vlastiti mobilni uređaj je putem bluetooth komunikacije povezana s samoposlužnim automatom. Time je osigurano da je korisnik koji naručuje bliže automatu. Za identifikaciju se koristi RFID kartica ili privjesak, a mogućnost je nadogradnje automata tako da ima mogućnost očitavanja kreditnih kartica te tako vršiti naplaćivanje artikala. Nadogradnja automata na taj način nam osigurava nemogućnost krađe novca jer se naplata izvršava beskontaktno putem kartice.
Abstract (english)
Vending machines are present over the years and are used for fast and simple ways to satisfy people needs for a certain item. Technology development has beed directly impacted the way of trade and with the emergence of cashless payment system, vending machines also evolved. This thesis contains model of self-service vending machine that uses RFID technology for identification of user (that can be used as a payment system), and user has the ability to pick an item using the mobile app. The mobile app that user needs to install on his mobile device uses bluetooth technology for communication with a vending machine. For identification, RFID card or tag is used, and the upgrade possibility is that instead of identification of users, vending machines has a credit card payment system. That provides impossibility for stealing money from the veding machine, because all the payment is cashless through a credit card.
