Abstract
Cijevni vodovi služe za transport i razvođenje plinova, para, tekućina i zrnatih čvrstih tvari (žito, strugotine, pijesak, ugljen..). U radu su opisani temeljni pojmovi i veličine potrebne za proračun cjevovoda. Proračun se dijeli u dva dijela: hidraulički proračun i mehanički proračun. U hidrauličkom proračunu opisano je određivanje promjera cijevi, srednje brzine strujanja i Reynoldsova broja. Osim toga opisano je određivanje hrapavosti cijevi i faktora otpora, te na samom kraju određivanje pada tlaka. U okviru mehaničkog proračuna prikazan je izračun debljine stjenke cijevi cjevovoda i deformacije koje se javljaju prilikom zagrijavanja. Za planiranje, pripremanje, izvođenje i kontrolu rada cjevovoda bitno je naglasiti da se svakom dijelu proračuna prida jednaka važnost.
Abstract (english)
Pipelines are used to transport and disperse gases, vapors, liquids and grain solids (grain, pulverized coal, sand, coal). This paper describes the basic concepts and values required for the pipeline calculation. The calculation is divided into two parts: hydraulic calculation and mechanical calculation. The hydraulic calculation describes the determination of the pipe diameter, medium velocity of flow and Reynolds number. In addition, the assessment of the roughness of the pipe and the resistance factor is described, and at the end of the paper the assessment of the pressure drop. Within the mechanical calculations, the calculation of the thickness of pipe and deformation that occurs during heating are shown. For planning, preparing, running, and controlling of pipeline function it is important to emphasize that each part of calculation is equally important.
