Abstract
Čovjek je evolucijski prilagođen životu na Zemlji. Sustavi ljudskog tijela najbolje funkcioniraju pri uvjetima koji postoje na Zemlji. Promjena tih uvjeta ima veliki fiziološki značaj za ljudski organizam. Usponom na velike visine čovjekovo tijelo susreće se s traumom tjelesnih šupljina te hipoksijom. Izlaskom iz Zemljinog gravitacijskog polja nastupaju atrofije određenih organa od kojih najviše stradaju kosti i mišići. Na velikim dubinama čovjek se izlaže toksičnom djelovanju plinova zbog visokog tlaka. Cilj ovog rada je opisati navedene fiziološke promjene te kako ljudski organizam prevladava iste.
Abstract (english)
Man is evolutionally adapted to life on Earth. Human body systems work best in conditions that exist on Earth. Changing these conditions has a great physiological significance for the human organism. By rising at high altitudes, the human body is confronted with the trauma of body cavities and hypoxia. Leaving the Earth's gravitational field, atrophies of certain organs occur from which bones and muscles are most affected. At high depts man is exposed to the toxic effects of gases due to high pressure. The aim of this paper is to describe these physiological changes and how the organism overcomes them.
