The paper deals with the idea that current systems used by professors and students could be unified in one application, i.e. a system that enables students and professors access to all information on enrolled courses, schedules of lectures, exercises and exams, as well as information about exam results, all in one place. The online application for managing student activities is an example of one such system and allows all users (students, professors, and administrators) to view data relative to the user's role, with different rights and ways of using the site. A student is allowed to view only his/her courses and grades, while the professor is allowed to view information about the course or personal work schedule, number and names of the students enrolled in its course, dates of exams, terms and the grade. System Administrator has permission to submit and edit data related to a course, professor and student. All edited data is automatically stored in the database. This paper is an example of how to facilitate the development of the entire system which will be rudimentary in the beginning, but will have an ability to upgrade depending on faculty needs. The application contains a system in its early stage where, in certain courses, professors and students connect in the hope that the idea will be realized in the future for a more successful and easier access to information.
