Abstract
U ovom radu ispitivan je utjecaj jetkanja dušičnom kiselinom na srebrne mikrostrukture koje su dobivene u procesu optičke litografije. Optička litografija je tehnološki postupak u kojem se pomoću ultraljubičaste svjetlosti računalom stvorena struktura preko fotomaske prenosi na podlogu. U procesu jetkanja korištene su različite koncentracije dušične kiseline i pokazalo se da koncentracija od pet mol/L nije uništila mikrostrukture. Slike dobivenih mikrostruktura u različitim fazama procesa snimljene su pretražnim elektronskim mikroskopom.
Abstract (english)
This thesis investigates the influence of nitric acid etching on silver microstructures obtained by optical lithography. Optical lithography is a technological process which uses ultraviolet light to transfer a geometric pattern from a photomask to a substrate. In the etching process, different concentrations of nitric acid were used and the concentration of five molar was found to be the most suitable for etching. The images of microstructures in different phases of lithography were obtained by scanning electron microscope.
