Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisano je istraživanje koje je provedeno na tri postaje duž rijeke Žabljak. Istraživanje se temelji na određivanju fizikalno-kemijskih parametara i skupljanju makrozoobentosa. Iz skupljenih uzoraka makrozoobentosa određen je ilirski biotički indeks, na temelju kojeg je određena kvaliteta vode. Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su kako je Žabljak čista voda s povremeno umjerenim zagađenjem.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes research conducted at three stations along the Žabljak river. The research is based on the determination of physico-chemical parameters and on the collection of macrozoobenthos. The illyric biotic index was determined from the collected macrozoobenthos samples. Based on the illyric biotic index, the water quality of the Žabljak river was determined. The obtained results show that Žabljak is clean water with occasional moderate pollution.
