Abstract
Maslina (Olea europaea L.) pripada porodici Oleaceae. U Hrvatskoj se od davnina uzgaja kao jedna od najvažnijih voćarskih kultura, a prinos plodova i ulja ima veliki utjecaj na gospodarski razvoj. Veći prinos plodova se postiže planiranjem sadnje i uzgoja različitih sorti maslina. Moderni maslinici su višesortni te su zasađene sorte pomno odabrane prema kompatibilnosti u reproduktivnim procesima. Stranooprašivanjem se povećava mogućnost uspješne oplodnje i zametanja plodova. Analizom reproduktivnih procesa, kao što su prijemčivost njuške tučka, rast i razvoj peludnih mješinica te uspjeh oplodnje, omogućuje se bolje razumijevanje sortne kompatibilnosti i samo(in)kompatibilnosti masline. Cilj ovog rada je proučiti navedene reproduktivne procese nakon kontroliranih oprašivanja korištenjem tehnika fluorescentne mikroskopije.
Abstract (english)
Olive (Olea europae L.) belongs to the Oleaceae family. In Croatia, it has been grown since ancient times as one of the most important fruit species, and the yield of fruits and oil has a great impact on economic development. A higher fruit yield is achieved by planning the planting and cultivation of different olive varieties. Modern olive groves are multi-varietal, and the planted varieties are carefully selected according to their compatibility in reproductive processes. Cross-pollination increases the possibility of successful fertilization. The analysis of reproductive processes, such as: pollen adhesion and germination on stigma, pollen tube growth in the style and fertilization, enables a better understanding of compatibility and self-incompatibility in olive. The aim of this work was to analyze the reproductive processes after controlled crossings using techniques of fluorescence microscopy.
