Abstract
U ovom završnom radu je opisan TIG postupak zavarivanja, te utjecajni faktori zavarivanja. Tema je obrađena na način da nakon kraćeg opisa povijesti TIG zavarivanja analiziramo posebno svaki faktor koji utječe na TIG zavarivanje. Ovaj rad nam donosi detaljan opis opreme za zavarivanje, te prikazuje prednosti i nedostatke samog zavarivanja. Navedene su i opisane najčešće greške koje se pojavljuju prilikom zavarivanja. Naposljetku, ovaj rad nam donosi vrste TIG zavarivanja prema stupnju automatizacije, kao i detaljan opis svakog postupka, a na samom kraju je kratko opisan postupak zavarivanja konstrukcijskih čelika, te aluminija i njegovih legura.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the TIG welding process and the influencing factors of welding. The topic is treated in such a way that after a brief description of the history of TIG welding, we analyze each factor that affects TIG welding. This thesis provides a detailed description of welding equipment, and shows the advantages and disadvantages of welding itself. The most common mistakes that occur during welding are listed and described. Finally, this work brings us the types of TIG welding according to the level of automation, as well as a detailed description of each procedure, and at the very end, the welding procedure of structural steel, aluminum and its alloys is briefly described.
