Abstract
U radu je prvo definirana optoelektronika, svjetlost te fotoni. Nakon definiranih osnovnih pojmova za bolje razumijevanje principa rada optoelektroničkih elemenata, opisan je način rada i primjena svakog pojedinog elementa ovim slijedom: Žarulje kao najosnovniji optoelektronički element, LED diode, Fotootpornici, Fotodiode, Fototranzistori i na kraju Optoizolatori.
Abstract (english)
The paper first defines optoelectronics, light and photons. After defining the basic concepts for a better understanding of the principle of operation of optoelectronic elements, the mode of operation and application of each element is described in the following order: Bulbs as the most basic optoelectronic element, LEDs, photoresistors, photodiodes, phototransistors and finally optoisolators.
