Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak izolacije i analize eteričnog ulja vrste Helichrysum italicum (Roth) G. Don prikupljene u Primoštenu u svibnju 2017. i svibnju 2018. godine. Obavljena je vodena destilacija biljnog materijala u Clevenger-u, zatim je odrađena GC/MS i GC/FID analiza dobivenog eteričnog ulja. Eterično ulje oba uzorka pokazuju jako male razlike u sastavu. Najzastupljenija skupina spojeva su seskviterpenski ugljikovodici, slijede ih monoterpenski ugljikovodici, oksigenirani monoterpeni, oksigenirani seskviterpeni te u jednom uzorku se javljaju i karbonilni spojevi. Najzastupljeniji spoj u sastavu oba uzorka je β-kurkumen i on pripada skupini seskviterpenskih ugljikovodika. Po zastupljenosti slijede αpinen, neril-acetat, italicen, γ-kurkumen, limonen, terpinolen, 3-oktanol acetat, γ-terpinen. Rezultati se uglavnom podudaraju s literaturnim podacima. S obzirom da je biljni materijal prikupljen na istom lokalitetu u isto doba godine, razlike u sastavu ulja mogu biti posljedica različitih klimatskih uvjeta.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the process of isolation and analysis of the essential oil of Helichrysum italicum (Roth) G. Don collected in Primošten in May 2017 and May 2018. Water distillation of the plant material according to Clevenger was performed, then GC / MS and GC / FID analysis of the obtained essential oil was performed. The essential oil of both samples showed very small differences in composition. The most common group of compounds are sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, followed by monoterpene hydrocarbons, oxygenated monoterpenes, oxygenated sesquiterpenes, and carbonyl compounds also occur in one sample. The most common compound in both samples is β-curcumen and it belongs to the group of sesquiterpene hydrocarbons. They are followed by α-pinene, neryl acetate, italicen, γcurcumen, limonene, terpinolene, 3-octanol acetate, γ-terpinene. The results mostly coincide with the literature data. Since plant material is collected at the same site and the same time of year, differences in oil composition may be due to different climatic conditions.
