Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada jest, na temelju postojećih rezultata, napraviti usporedbu histološke građe probavnog sustava vrsta riba: smokve Labrus bimaculatus L. i kneza Coris julis L. koje su obje pripadnici porodice Labridae. Probavni sustavi smokve Labrus bimaculatus L. i kneza Coris julis L. su po anatomskoj i histološkoj građi vrlo slični. Probavni sustav smokve je prema anatomskoj građi razlučen na usnu šupljinu, jednjak, želudac, crijevo i nečisnicu (kloaku) dok je probavni sustav kneza razlučen na usnu šupljinu, jednjak, crijevo i nečisnicu. Svaki od tih dijelova se odlikuje specifičnom histološkom građom. Stjenku probavnog sustava kod obje vrste izgrađuju tri sloja: sluznica, mišićni sloj i vanjski sloj. Glavna histološka razlika je u građi sluznice i građi mišićnog sloja. Kod smokve sluznica je izgrađena od višerednog cilindričnog epitela, dok je sluznica kneza izgrađena od jednoslojnog cilindričnog epitela. Mišićni sloj obje ribe izgrađen je od dva sloja mišića: uzdužnih i kružnih.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was based on existing results, to make a comparison of histological structure of the digestive system in fish: Cuckoo wrasse and Rainbow wrasse which are both members of the family Labridae. Morphology of the digestive system in both fish was very similar.The digestive system of Cuckoo wrasse consited of the oral cavity, oesophagus, stomach, intestine and cloaca while the digestive system of Rainbow wrasse consited of the oral cavity, esophagus, intestine and cloaca. Each of these parts are characterized by its specific histological structure. The wall of the gastrointestinal tract in both species consited three layers: mucosa, muscle layer and the outer layer. The main histological difference was those of the mucosa and muscle layer structure. In Cuckoo wrasse mucous membrane consisted of pseudostratified columnar epithelium, while mucosa of Rainbow wrasse consisted of single layerd columnar epithelium. Muscle layer of both fish consisted of two layers of muscles: longitudinal and circular one.
