Abstract
Aspergerov sindrom nazvan je prema Hansu Aspergeru, liječniku koji ga je prvi put opisao. Opisuje djecu normalne ili iznadprosječne inteligencije, s manjkom vještina neverbalne komunikacije, empatije i očitom fizičkom nespretnošću. Ovaj sindrom svrstava se u skupinu pervazivnih razvojnih poremećaja, odnosno u skupinu poremećaja spektra autizma. Nema očitih govornih smetnji, ali imaju probleme u socijalnim situacijama u kojima se ne znaju ponašati, egocentrični su i zaokupljeni stvarima koje najčešće zanimaju samo njih. Temeljni zadatak Tehničke kulture jest podizanje razine tehnološke pismenosti stanovništva, a osobito mladih ljudi, ali sadržaj predmeta može predstavljati problem zbog nedostatka fine i grube motorike. Nastavnici bi trebali prilagoditi nastavne sadržaje i metode iskorištavajući talente takve djece (dobro pamćenje, zamjećivanje detalja) s ciljem ostvarenja potrebnih odgojno – obrazovnih ciljeva predmeta, a u svrhu poticanja zainteresiranosti, kreativnosti, samopouzdanja i osjećaja postignuća i vrijednosti.
Abstract (english)
Asperger’s syndrome is named after Hans Asperger, the doctor who first described it. It describes children with normal or above average intelligence, with lack of nonverbal communication skills, empathy and obvious physical clumsiness. This syndrome is classified in the group of pervasive developmental disorders, that is, group of autism spectrum disorders. There are no obvious speech problems, but children can have problems connected to social events in which they do not know how to behave, they are egocentric and preoccupied with things that are usually only in their interest. The basic task of Technical culture is to raise the level of technological literacy of the population, especially young people, but the content of the subject can be a problem due to the lack of fine and gross motor skills. Teachers should adapt teaching contents and methods using the talents of such children (their good memory and easy detail noticing) in order to achieve the necessary educational goals of the subject, and in order to encourage interest, creativity, self-confidence and a sense of achievement and value.
