Abstract
U završnom radu objašnjen je povijesni razvoj magnetizma općenito. U prvom dijelu obuhvaćene su karakteristike i veličine koje susrećemo u vezi magnetizma. Obrađena je podjela magnetskih materijala u odnosu na njihova magnetska svojstva. Izveden je opći Ampereov zakon, te je opisan vektor gustoće magnetiziranja. Također, opisana je krivulja histereze, te podjela na meke i tvrde magnetske materijale. U zadnjem dijelu iznesene su samo neke od funkcija i mogućnosti magneta u današnjem okruženju.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, historical development of magnetism is explaned. The first part includes main characteristics and sizes of magnetism. The division of magnetic materials is proccessed in relations to their magnetic performances. General form od Ampere's law is derived and magnetisation density vector is described. Also the hysteresis curve is described and division into soft and hard magnetic materials. The last part is consised of some functions and possibilities of magnets in today's environment.
