Abstract
Kompozitni materijali predstavljaju kombinaciju dva ili više materijala sa različitim fizičko-mehaničkim svojstvima. Osnovna podjela kompozita je na metalne, keramičke i polimerne kompozite. U radu će se posebno obraditi polimerni kompozitni materijali koji se danas najviše koriste u zrakoplovnoj industriji. Prilikom konstrukcije zrakoplova sve veća pozornost je na vrstama materijala, a bitnu ulogu imaju kompozitni materijali koji utječu na smanjenu težinu zrakoplova, povećanu nosivost, dugotrajniju izdržljivost, veću otpornost na opterećenje, manji troškovi proizvodnje i drugi utjecajni faktori. U suvremenoj zrakoplovnoj industriji najviše se koriste nemetalni kompozitni materijali koji spadaju u grupu polimernih kompozita. Inteligentnom upotrebom odgavarajućih kompozitnih materijala težina zrakoplova može se smanjiti i do 8 tona.
Abstract (english)
Composite materials represent a combination of two or more materials with different physical and mechanical properties. The basic division of the composite is on metal, ceramic and polymer composites. In this paper, polymer composite materials will be processed in particular, which are the most widely used in the aircraft industry today. When designing an aircraft, more attention is paid to the types of materials and an important role in the aircraft design have composite materijal 'cause they affect on decreased weight of aircraft, increased carrying capacity, longer durability, greater load resistance, lower production costs, and other significant factors. In the contemporary aviation industry, nonmetallic composite materials are the most commonly used which belong to a group of polymeric composites. Intelligent use of appropriate composite materials, weight of an aircraft can be reduced to 8 tones.
