Abstract
Na razvoj nadarenih pojedinaca utječu odgojno-obrazovne aktivnosti, naročito u osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju kada je razvoj najintenzivniji. Problem obrazovnog sustava u Hrvatskoj je što su obrazovni programi napravljeni za prosječnu djecu pa je darovitoj djeci takav program često nezanimljiv i dosadan. Istraživanje vezano za ovaj rad potvrdilo je da se nastavnici svakodnevno u svom radu susreću s nadarenim učenicima, prepoznaju njihovu nadarenost i u velikoj mjeri surađuju sa stručnim osobama te ostalim kolegama unutar škole koju nadareni učenik pohađa, traže pomoć vanjskih suradnika iz učenikovog područja interesa, a sve u cilju pravilnog usmjerenja interesa i intelektualnog napretka nadarenih učenika. Za nadarene učenike najkorisnije su: razne udruge i ljetne škole te izvannastavna slobodna aktivnost „Klub mladih tehničara“, dok su najkorisniji oblici rada s takvim učenicima: individualni, grupni, timski i mentorski oblik rada.
Abstract (english)
On the growth of gifted individuals affects educational activities, especially in elementary education when this growth is very intense. Educational programs are designed for the average children so that programs are often unattractive and boring to gifted children, and that's the problem of educational system in Croatia. The research related to this paper has confirmed that teachers daily work with gifted students, they recognize student's talents, cooperate with expert associates and other colleagues within the school that a gifted student attends, they are looking for help of external associates from the student's area of interest, all for the purpose of proper orientation of interest and intellectual advancement of gifted students. For gifted students the most useful are: associations and summer schools, and out-of curriculum “Young Technical Club” while the most useful operation forms are individual, group, team and mentorship.
