Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisuje se pojam tiskane pločice od programske izrade elektroničke sheme do izrade tiskane PCB pločice. Zbog sve složenijih zahtjeva industrije za povezivanjem elektronički komponenti, tiskane pločice postaju najčešća metoda za povezivanje i izradu strujnih krugova. Zbog svoje jednostavnosti i mogućnosti koje nude imaju ključnu ulogu u realizaciji složenih, strujnih krugova. Uz foto-kemijski proces izrade postoji i metoda mehaničkim glodanjem. Unutar ovoga rada opisan je cijelokupni proces izrade tiskane pločice mehaničkom metodom koristeći CNC stroj. Na temelju praktične izrade doneseni su zaključci o prednostima izrade koristeći ovu metodu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the concept of a printed circuit board, from the programming of an electronic circuit to the production of a printed circuit board. Due to the increasingly complex requirements of the industry for the connection of electronic components, printed circuit boards are becoming the most common method for connecting and creating circuits. Due to their simplicity and the possibilities they offer, they play a key role in the implementation of complex circuits. In addition to the photo-chemical manufacturing process, there is also a method with mechanical milling. Within this work, the entire process of making a printed circuit board by mechanical method using a CNC machine is described. On the basis of practical production, conclusions were made about the advantages of production using this method.
