Abstract
U ovom radu, opisano je istraživanje provedeno na tri postaje rijeke Sturbe, najduže krške rijeke livanjskog područja. Provedeno istraživanje temelji se na određivanju fizikalno-kemijskih parametara te sakupljanju makrozoobentosa. Fizikalno-kemijski parametri određeni su pomoću standardnih fizikalno-kemijskih metoda, te tako se dobio uvid u stanište (količine otopljenih plinova, pH, alkalitet, tvrdoću vode). Kvalitativni uzorak makrozoobentosa sakupljen je na tri postaje duž rijeke Sturbe, na osnovu čega je određen Ilirski biotički indeks (IBI), prema kojemu je određena kvaliteta vode rijeke Sturbe. Rezultati pokazuju da je rijeka Sturba čista prirodna voda.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the research conducted at three stations of the river Sturba, the longest karst river in Livno. The conducted research is based on the determination of physico-chemical parameters and the collection of macrozoobenthos. Physico-chemical parameters were determined by using standard physico-chemical methods, thus providing insight into the habitat (amounts of dissolved gases, pH, alkalinity, water hardness). A qualitative sample of macrozoobenthos was collected at three stations along the Sturba River, based on which the Illyrian Biotic Index (IBI) was determined, according to which the water quality of the Sturba River was determined. The results show that the Sturba River is pure natural water.
