Abstract
Motivacija nastavnika ima ključnu ulogu u organiziranju i provedbi nastavnog sata osobito motivacija za vrijeme pandemije koronavirusa. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je istražiti koliko su nastavnici motivirani prije i tijekom pandemije. Istraživanje se provelo anketnim upitnikom kojeg je ispunilo 52 nastavnika na području cijele Hrvatske. Rezultati pokazuju da na motivaciju nastavnika znatno utječe klima u razredu, pozitivne povratne informacije učenika te da se nastavnici stalno trude poticati učenike na aktivnost na satu pomoću različitih nastavnih metoda poučavanja. Nastava na daljinu nastavnicima nije bila dodatna motivacija nego je većem dijelu nastavnika bila stresno razdoblje te nije opcija za duge staze.
Abstract (english)
Teacher motivation plays a key role in organizing and implementing the lesson, especially motivation during the coronavirus pandemic. The aim of this thesis is to investigate how motivated teachers are before and during the pandemic. The research was conducted using a questionnaire filled out by 52 teachers throughout Croatia. The results show that the teacher's motivation is significantly influenced by the climate in the classroom, positive feedback from students, and that teachers constantly try to encourage students to be active in class using different teaching methods. Remote teaching was not an additional motivation for teachers, but it was a stressful period for the majority of teachers and is not an option for the long term.
