Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati ekološke i kemijske osobitosti stenoendemične vrste dalmatinska tila Dalmatocytisus dalmaticum (Vis.)Trinajstić.U radu je opisana vrsta, povijest, podrijetlo, rasprostranjenost, stanište te ugroženost dalmatinske tile. Izolirani su hlapljivi spojevi biljke s lokaliteta Poljakova greda (Glavice Gornja, Sinj) metodom vodene destilacije u modificiranoj aparaturi po Clevengeru. Provedena je analiza pomoću GC/MS analitičke metode. Dobiveni su rezultati kemijske analize hlapljivog ulja koji dokazuju prisutnost monoterpenskih ugljikovodika, oksigeniranih monoterpena, seskviterpenskih ugljikovodika, oksigeniranih seskviterpena, diterpenskih alkohola, karbonilnih spojeva te ostalih spojeva.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is to show ecological and chemical characteristics of stenoendemic species Dalmatian Tila Dalmatocysticus dalmaticum (Vis.) Trinajstić. This paper describes the species, history, origin, distribution, habitat and endangerment of Dalmatian tila. Also essential oil has been extractedfrom the plant from localty Poljakova greda (Glavica gornja, Sinj) by water distillation in modified apparatus according to Clevenger. Then is conducted analysis with GC/MS analitycal method. Results were obtained from analysis which are proving presence of monoterpene hydrocarbons, monoterpene oxides, sesquiterpene hydrocarbons and sesquiterpene oxides, diterpene alcohol, carbonyl compounds and other compounds.
