Abstract
Proučavanje modela vodikova atoma u nastavi fizike u Republici Hrvatskoj susreće se u srednjoškolskim i sveučilišnim programima koji uključuju nastavu iz područja moderne fizike. Kako bi se bolje razumjela danas prihvaćena slika atoma te metode i alati podučavanja, potrebno je proučiti razvoj modela atoma kroz povijest. U ovom radu analizirana je nastava fizike za četvrti razred gimnazije, te nastava iz kolegija Uvod u kvantnu fiziku koji se sluša na trećoj godini preddiplomskih studija fizike. U okviru analize važno je ispitati ishode učenja i njihovo vrednovanje, literaturu i postojeće alate koji se koriste u nastavi, te utjecaj svega navedenog na učeničko i studentsko razumijevanje i usvajanje osnovnih koncepata o modelima vodikova atoma. U tu svrhu provedena je anketa među učenicima III. gimnazije u Splitu i studentima Prirodoslovno-matematičkog fakulteta u Splitu. Dinamičan i zahtjevan proces podučavanja potrebno je kritički preispitivati te pronalaziti rješenja za nadogradnju i poboljšanje kvalitete nastave.
Abstract (english)
The hydrogen atom models in formal education in Croatia can be found in high school and university physics programs. To understand the image of atoms accepted today together with teaching methods and tools, it is necessary to study the way the atom models have changed and evolved throughout history. This paper analyzes the high school teaching and the hydrogen atom model within the Introduction to Quantum Physics, a course in third year of undergraduate physics studies. As part of the analysis, it is important to study learning outcomes, the literature and existing tools used in teaching, and the impact of all mentioned on students understanding and adoption of basic concepts within the topic. For this purpose, a poll among pupils and students of the III. gymnasium and the Faculty of Science in Split was conducted. Dynamic and challenging teaching process needs to be critically reviewed to find solutions for the quality of teaching upgrade and improvement.
