Abstract
Zvuk, kojeg prvenstveno opisujemo kao mehanički longitudinalni val, kad dosegne određenu razinu jakosti može postati zagađivač u našem okolišu te neželjena buka i šumovi mogu negativno utjecati na ljudski i životinjski svijet. Razinu jakosti zvuka možemo mjeriti na različite načine, a jedan od jednostavnijih i lako dostupnih je mjerenje pomoću namjenskih programa koje koriste pametni telefoni. U okviru ovog rada napravljena su mjerenja razine jakosti zvuka na različitim lokacijama sveučilišnog kampusa u Splitu korištenjem namjenskog programa Phyphox. Dobiveni rezultati su uspoređeni sa zakonski propisanim dozvoljenim razinama buke u određenim prostorima. Osim što nam mogu dati dio slike o uvjetima u kojima studenti žive i rade tijekom jesenskih ispitnih rokova, ponajprije su nam dali uvid u to koliko jedan lako dostupan namjenski program za pametne telefone može biti koristan za relativno jednostavno mjerenje različitih fizikalnih veličina, te posljedično moguće objašnjenje određenih fizikalnih koncepata.
Abstract (english)
We primarily perceive sound as a mechanical longitudinal wave. When it reaches a certain level of intensity it can become a pollutant in our environment such that unwanted noise can negatively affect the human and animal world. We can measure sound pressure level in different ways. One of the simplest and most easily accessible ways is measuring sound pressure level using mobile applications. As part of this paper, sound measurements were made using Phyphox application. The obtained results were compared with legally prescribed noise levels in certain areas. In addition to acquiring information about living conditions of students during autumn exam periods, we have got an insight into how an easily accessible mobile application can be useful for relatively simple measurement of different physical quantities, and consequently possible explanation of certain physical concepts.
