Abstract
Električni (ohmski) otpor opisuje se u SI sustavu kao izvedena fizikalna veličina i mjeri se uporabom izvedene jedinice s posebnim nazivom, a to je om (Ω). Definicija izvedene fizikalne jedinice om primjenjuje međusobnu ovisnost otpora, jakosti struje i napona. Fizikalna jedinica om se pohranjuje pomoću etalona otpora, a ostvaruje posebnim mjernim mostom uz pomoć Thompson-Lampardovog računskog etalona kapaciteta. Izvedena jedinica ohm može se ostvariti s visokom točnošću uporabom kvantnog Hallova efekta i vrijednosti von Klintzingove stalnice koju je preporučio Međunarodni odbor za utege i mjere. Zbog širokog područja mjerenja električnog otpora od veoma malih pa do vrlo velikih vrijednosti otpora razvijen je veliki broj različitih mjernih instrumenata, mjernih metoda i postupaka. Opis tih metoda i način mjerenja električnog otpora je i bio cilj ovoga završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
Electrical (omic) resistance is described in the SI system as a derived physical size and is measured using a derived unit with a special name, which is ohm (Ω). The definition of a derived physical entity applies the interdependence of resistance, power, and voltage. The physical unit is stored by the standard of resistance, and is realized by a special measuring bridge with the help of Thompson-Lampard's computational capacity. A derived unit (ohm) can be achieved with high accuracy using the quantum Hall effect and the value of the von Klintzing Stack recommended by the International Weights and Measures Board. Due to the wide range of electrical resistance measurement from very small to very high resistance values, a large number of different measuring instruments, measuring methods and procedures have been developed. The description of these methods and the method of measuring electrical resistance was the goal of this final work.
