Abstract
U ovom radu opisujemo sustave za preporuke, njihove tipove te faktore koje treba uzeti u obzir prilikom implementiranja jednog takvog sustava. Osim toga, kratko se prolazi kroz povijest takvih sustava da bi se vidjelo kako su se razvijali. Posebno se obrađuje jedan tip sustava za preporuke, a to je kolaborativno filtriranje ili filtriranje temeljeno na suradnji. Kod kolaborativnog filtriranja upoznajemo se sa tipovima takvog filtriranja te njihovim prednostima i manama. Također, upoznajemo se s izazovima s kojima se mogu susresti dizajneri sustava sa kolaborativnim filtriranjem. U istraživačkom dijelu nastojimo saznati kakav utjecaj sustavi za preporuke imaju na zadovoljstvo korisnika. Stečena teorijska znanja primjenjujemo u izradi projekta.
Abstract (english)
In this article we will describe recommender systems, their types and factors which need to be considered while implementing those kind of systems. In addition, there is a brief history of such systems in which is shown how they developed over years. One type of recommender systems is described separately and it is collaborative filtering. In collaborative filtering we will describe its types and their advantages and disadvantages. We also learn about the challenges that system designers can encounter with collaborative filtering. In research part we are trying to find out how recommender systems affect user satisfaction. At the end, we apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in the design of the project.
