Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je opisati ponašanje i prirodu piezoelektrika te istražiti utjecaj električnog polja na svojstva piezoelektričnog filma. Tijekom relativno jednostavnog eksperimenta uzorak je izložen naponima raznih iznosa. Analizatorom impedancija mjerena je impedancija uzorka u ovisnosti o frekvenciji električnog signala. Opaženo je da maksimalna impedancija ima tendenciju pada s povećavanjem primijenjenog napona, a frekvencija pri kojoj dolazi do maksimalne impedancije u početku opada, a zatim se počinje povećavati. Na temelju ovih rezultata može se donijeti zaključak o ponašanju polarizacije uzorka podvrgnutog ovakvom eksperimentu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to describe behaviour and nature of piezoelectrics and to investigate effects of applied electric field on properties of piezoelectric film. During relatively simple experiment the sample was subjected to various voltages. Using an impedance analyzer, frequency dependence of impedance of the sample was measured. It is observed that maximum impedance has tendency to decrease with increasing voltage, and frequency for which maximum impedance arises, first decreases and then starts to increase. From these resaults it can be concluded how does polarisation of the sample, exposed to such experiment, behave .
